sxitch is a macOS application developed and sold by Umang Surana ("we", "us", or "our"). You can reach us at admin@sxitch.app.
We collect the absolute minimum required to deliver your purchase and keep the app up to date.
To be explicit, the following data is never collected, transmitted, or stored - by design.
All app data - your key mappings, preferences, and configuration - lives exclusively on your device.
We use the following third-party service solely to process payments and deliver your license key.
We have no other third-party integrations. No analytics platforms, no advertising networks, no data brokers.
Your email address is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill your purchase and provide support. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Auto-update version-check requests are transient and are not logged or retained on our end.

sxitch is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your email address. Because we collect almost nothing, there is very little to protect. Your payment data is handled entirely by our payment processor and never touches our systems.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Since we collect almost nothing, we don't anticipate significant changes.
